How does a trade-in work?+
Pick the category, brand, and model of your club. Tell us its condition. We give you an instant offer in cash or store balance (15% bonus). If you accept, we email a prepaid shipping label. Send the club, we verify it, and pay you within 5 business days.
How is the offer calculated?+
Offers are based on the club's current resale value adjusted for the condition you select. The condition questionnaire (grip, face, shaft, completeness) helps us validate that the offer matches the actual item.
Cash or store balance — what's the difference?+
Cash is paid to your bank account or payment method within 5 business days after verification. Store balance is credited immediately after verification and is 15% higher than the cash offer. Balance can be used on any item in our shop.
Who pays for shipping?+
For trade-in offers at or above $100, NGW covers inbound shipping. Below that threshold, the cost is shown to you transparently before you confirm and is deducted from the final payout. We never hide the number.
What if my item doesn't match the condition I selected?+
If our verification finds the item does not match the selected condition, we send an email with photos, the revised offer, and three options: accept the new offer in cash, accept it in store balance, or have the item returned to you. You have 48 hours to decide.
How long does verification take?+
Our team typically completes verification within 5 business days of receiving your package. You'll get an email at every stage: package received, item verified, and payment issued.
Can I cancel a trade-in after submitting?+
Yes — as long as you have not yet shipped the item. Once the package is in transit, the trade-in proceeds through verification. Email us if you need to stop a submission.
Is my information safe?+
We only collect what's necessary to fulfill the trade-in and never sell your data. Passwords are hashed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
