1. Trade-In Program.
By submitting an item through the NGW trade-in flow you authorize Niko Golf World ("NGW") to evaluate and verify the condition you selected. The offer presented at submission is an estimate based on your declared condition; the final amount may be adjusted after physical inspection.
2. Condition Discrepancies.
If, upon receipt, NGW determines the item's actual condition does not match the condition selected during submission, NGW will issue a revised offer. You will receive an email with photographic evidence and the new amount, and you will have a window to (a) accept the revised offer in cash, (b) accept the revised offer in store balance, or (c) request the item be returned to you.
3. Shipping.
Inbound shipping is covered by NGW for trade-in offers at or above the threshold configured in our platform settings. Below that threshold the shipping cost is shown to you transparently and deducted from your final payout. You are responsible for packaging the item securely and shipping it via the label provided.
4. Payments.
Cash offers are paid within 5 business days after verification. Store balance offers are credited immediately upon verification and include a bonus over the cash equivalent. NGW is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5. Privacy.
NGW collects the personal information you provide (name, address, email, phone) solely to fulfill the trade-in transaction and related communications. We do not sell your data. For a full privacy disclosure, please contact us.
